Hi everybody! My name is Melissa Molina. I am new to the team at Concentra Medical Centers, bringing a wealth of customer service experience to my position as Health Services Manager. I am a Tucson Native and proud to be alumni from The University of Arizona, Go Wildcats! I have served in multiple capacities over nearly a decade in customer service. I am 49 years old and have worked in the construction related industry for the past fifteen years. For three years I worked for a chemical manufacturer helping to build a plant on the southwest side of Tucson. My next move was to Apcon Construction with responsilbities for Purchasing all plumbing related equipment, materials and fixtures as well as for Fleet Maintanence. Then I was hired by Royal Bath and Supply for inside sales and commercial quotes. Royal Bath was then Sold to Able Distributing where I continued with the same responsilities. I then had an opportunity, with a little help from the previous owners of Royal Bath and Supply, to join the sales team at Ironwood Winnelson with responsibilites for the Commercial portion of our business. I understand all too well the difficulties subcontractors face trying to get paid for completed work and the increasing difficulty manning jobs when the current competent labor force is dwindling. My goal is to get as many of my customers to understand the value of joining ACT and to actively help reach the legislative goals we all need to survive in this business.

Lease $mart is an equipment leasing and finance firm, established in 1988. Lease $mart acts as both broker and direct lender in the funding of business financing transactions. We create sales by developing referral sources among equipment dealers, bankers and accountants. We also provide pre-approvals and lines of credit for business owners for their acquisition of all types of business equipment, software and basically any kind of capital asset for business except real estate! My responsibilities include (but are NOT limited to) recruiting, hiring and training operations and sales staff. I manage the day to day operations and am also the company’s primary salesman and relationship builder. Lease $mart doesn't handle short-term equipment rentals. What we DO is to make AFFORDABLE the long-term acquisition of all kinds of business equipment. Oftentimes, we buy from the rental yards and put their equipment onto a lease financing program with ownership transferring to the end-user after 2 to 5 years, but we also provide funding for new and used equipment from all sorts of suppliers. We offer calculators and advice on whether a lease is the best means to acquire equipment and will be glad to help you make an informed decision based on your own circumstances. Leasing isn't right for every business, but it is a great way to have the tools needed for profit while keeping working capital working for the business owner.
